I will respond to your emails and messages within 24 hours, Monday – Friday.
If I can’t finish the requested task within 24 hours then I will give you an estimated completion day/time.

I will respond to all emails and messages within 24 hrs during the above hours. Meetings need to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to both plan our day accordingly.

I enjoy spending time with my family and do typically take a week long vacation sometime during the summer months but I will give you advance notice so we can work out coverage for my responsibilities.
I understand that no matter how much we plan, things happen which must be dealt with immediately. In many cases I can turn these things around immediately however I reserve the right to refuse urgent jobs if I am unable to meet the demands of the project scope but will do my best to find an alternative solution where possible.
I take my business seriously. Confidentiality is very important to me so you can be sure that all of your private information is protected. I prefer passwords to be shared with me via LastPass to ensure confidentiality. Should any business tasks be allocated to someone internally (i.e. I employ a new team member for support), I will limit the information that is shared to the bare minimum and ensure that all safety precautions are taken. I will also ensure that all work is checked over by me to ensure accuracy.
For one-time projects – After the initial proposal is approved you will receive a contract for your signature as well as an invoice for payment. Once the invoice is paid then the project will begin.
For ongoing projects – Will follow the same process as above except amount for subsequent month’s will automatically be billed on the first of the month or bi-weekly depending on project setup.
When you paying in advance you are reserving the contracted time for me to help your business. Without payment in advance I would need to put customer’s who have already paid ahead of you.
I use Wave to send invoices, when you receive that invoice via email you will have the option to click on it and make your payment. This allows you to send me payment without needing to share your personal account information. Past clients have found this method to be quick and painless. If you are more comfortable with another form of payment, please let me know. I could also accept payment via PayPal.
For ongoing packages I typically work on projects as needed, usually a little each day. I work proactively to make sure I am turning things around in a reasonable time frame. If I can’t finish the task within 24 hours then I will give you an estimated completion day/time.
