As an online business owner, you probably started your business based on an idea you had, you jumped in and created a website, started marketing your product or services and started getting clients. Before you knew it (after a lot of hard work) you became busy providing services to your clients and making an income like you dreamed you could. But now that the income is coming in and you are getting more and more clients and have even more business ideas to implement you are starting to realize things are falling thru the cracks and you are spending too much time figuring out what to do next.

When you are first starting a business you are figuring things out as you go and when that doesn’t work you try something else. It can be a lot of trial and error, stopping and starting and changing directions. But at some point, you realize where you want to focus your efforts and you also get a better idea of what you need to do to reach your goals. You also start to realize where your strength’s and weaknesses are. Let’s face it you have some great business ideas and really enjoy the associated income but you just plain don’t enjoy organizing and implementing processes in your business.
